Orders reach us by phone, text, email or our online ordering portal. To schedule and complete a signing we collect:

• Order details: signing type, escrow or loan number, preferred date and time, and document delivery and return instructions
• Signer details: names, phone numbers, email addresses and the signing location
• Billing details needed to invoice the order

The notary who performs a signing may also record information the law requires, such as a signer's ID details in the notary's official journal.

When you work with us as a notary

If you apply to join our signing team, we collect your contact details, commission and certification information, and the details needed to assign orders and pay you.

When you visit our website

This website has no sign-up forms and does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Like any website, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to run and secure the site.
